Any trip interrupted, shortened or any service not used by the client will not be entitled to any refund.
CONFIRM YOUR RESERVATION

The customer is responsible for all damage caused by him. He was invited to take out travel insurance covering aid, medical expenses, emergency repatriation in the theft or loss of baggage and personal belongings.
Marvelous Egypt Travel disclaims all liability in the event that the Customer has violated the laws of the country. No representative of Marvelous Egypt Travel will be able to intervene on his behalf.
Marvelous Egypt Travel will in no event be liable vis-à-vis the Client for death, injury, illness, damage, delay or loss of any property.
All excursions, trips, activities, tours or other made by another that our agency will release completely our responsibility.
In case of disputes or problems during the trip, the Customer must immediately inform the representative of Marvelous Egypt Travel and offices of our agency so we can remedy the problem. The vast majority of cases can be resolved instantly without problem. Any claim relating to a benefit can not be taken into account if you do not reverses in due time our agency.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The reservation made by the customer under the conditions mentioned. It will constitute the full terms of the agreement between the customer and the company.

In Case of Cancellation of the Customer
For all cancellations, it is mandatory to inform us BEFORE your trip and as soon as possible.

> If you cancel your reservation before the travel date, the scale of the following rates will apply:
– Between 30 and 21 days prior to arrival: 25% of total trip
– Between 20 and 14 days prior to arrival: 50% of total trip
– Between 13 and 7 days prior to arrival: 75% of total trip
– Less than 7 days before arrival date: 100% of total travel.
> All domestic flights may in no case be reimbursed regardless of the time of cancellation
> During or after the trip: no refund
