Day 1 - Cairo - Arrival


Our team welcomes you upon arrival at Cairo Airport before Passport Control, with a sign bearing your name and that of the agency. Help and assist to cross the Passport Control, Carrying your baggage and cross the Custom. Then you will be transferred by private A/C vehicle to your hotel. Check in at hotel. Overnight in hotel.

Day 2 - Cairo


Breakfast at hotel. Morning, our tour guide and private A/C vehicle will pick you up at your hotel. Enjoy an excursion to visit the legendary majestic The Three Pyramids, which are considered one of the Old Seven Wonders, erected by Cheops, Chephren, and Mykerionos. the famous pyramids: Cheops (the largest built circa 2650 BC. JC.), one of the 7 wonders of the ancient world and the only one that has stood the test of time. It was for over 40 centuries the highest monument erected by the man with a height of 146 meters. When you finish exploring the Great Pyramids our next stop is a visit to the Sphinx monument; guarding the royal burial chambers and temple of Cheops. It is a mythical statue with the body of a lion & human head. The tour also includes a visit to the Valley Temple, which belongs to the Pyramid of Chephren. (Optional: Camel Ride). Following by Visit the necropolis of Sakkara, used as a cemetery for thousands of years, and still hides many secrets in the desert sand. The Pyramid at Sakkara is one of the oldest stone structures in the world. It was built during the Third Dynasty (about 2630 BC) for King Djoser and its construction was overseen by his vizier Imhotep. (Optional: Sound and light show to Giza Pyramids). Day 3 - Cairo


Breakfast at hotel and check out. Morning, our tour guide and private A/C vehicle will pick you up at your hotel. Enjoy an excursion to Visit the Citadel of Salah El Din, with in its enclosure the mosque of Mohamed Ali. The citadel was built on the hills in 1183 AD Moqattam overlooking the whole city was a point of defense against the Crusaders. Salah El Din appointed to be the governor of Egypt after the death of the sultan of Damascus, Noor-el-Din. Then, Visit the National Museum of Antiquities including the treasures range from the prehistoric age to the Roman period. You will see among others the famous treasure of Tutankhamen. It houses over 250,000 pieces, is one of the largest museums in the world. It allows visitors to discover the history of ancient Egypt through five millennia. The night, transfer to Train Station for catch the Sleeper train in direction of Luxor. Dinner and Overnight in train. (Possibility to upgrade for Egyptair Flight upon request)

Day 4 - Luxor – Nile Cruise


Breakfast in train. Morning, arrival at Luxor Railway, welcome by our team then you will be transferred by private A/C vehicle to your ship for a seven night cruise. Check in and Lunch on board. Afternoon, Visit the Temple of Karnak, dedicated to the glory of the god Amun, the temple probably the most grandiose of all Egypt. Continue your visit by Luxor Temple, built by Amenhotep III, known by its size and its large number of silent pillars. It connected by a paved alley of sphinxes of 3 kilometers at Karnak Temple. (Optional: Enjoy Sound and light show at Karnak.) Dinner and overnight in cruise.

Day 5 - Luxor/Esna/Edfu – Nile Cruise


Breakfast on board. Visit the necropolis of Thebes, on the west bank of the Nile. Discovery Valley of the Kings, where most of the pharaohs of the XVIII to the XX dynasty were made bury and the Valley of the Queens, who welcomed the royal wives and family members. Continuation to the two colossi of Memnon, the towering statues are all that remain of the mortuary temple of Amenhotep III. Then Visit the Temple of Hatshepsut (Deir El Bahari), unique in its structure, to ancient Egypt dug directly into the rock, reach superhuman dimensions. Sailing to Esna. Lunch on Board. After passing the Esna Lock, continue sailing to Edfu and arrival in the evening. Dinner and overnight on board.

Day 6 - Edfu/Kom Ombo – Nile Cruise


Breakfast on board. Visit the Temple of Edfu, the Holy City of Horus and the temple built in his honor. This temple with impressive dimensions is the best preserved of Egypt. Sailing to Kom Ombo. Lunch on board. Visit the Temple of Kom Ombo, the majestic river Nile, whose characteristic is to be dedicated to two divinities: Sobek (with head of crocodile) and Horus (falcon-headed). Dinner and overnight on board.

Day 7 - Aswan – Nile Cruise


Breakfast on board. Sailing to Aswan. (Optional: Enjoy felucca around Kitchener’s Island). Lunch on board. Visit Philae temple, this very harmonious architecture is dedicated to the worship of the goddess Isis. Visit the High Dam at Aswan was built from 1960 to 1971, measuring 780m long, to protect Egypt against the annual flooding of the Nile and Lake Nasser created. The water power generates electricity for most of Egypt. Then visit the Unfinished Obelisk, located in a granite quarry Rose that was used in the construction of temples. (Optional: Enjoy Sound and light show at Philae.) Dinner and overnight on board.

Day 8 – Aswan – End Nile / Start Lake Nasser Cruise

Day 9 - Aswan / Kalabsha – Lake Nasser Cruise


Breakfast on board. Visit the Kalabsha temple, dedicated to Mandulis the Nubian Horus. Located near the High Dam, it is the second most important sanctuary after the temples of Abu Simbel. Lunch on board. Sailing to Wadi El Seboua. Dinner and overnight on board.

Day 10 - Wadi El Seboua / Dakka / Amada – Lake Nasser Cruise


Breakfast on board. Visit the Temple of Wadi El Seboua dedicated to Amun-Ra temple dedicated to Thoth of Dakka and the Greco-Roman temple of Meharakka. Lunch on board. Sailing to Amada. Visit Amada, very well preserved small temple dating from the eighteenth dynasty, the temple of Deir and the Tomb of Peinout. Dinner and overnight on board.

Day 11 - Amada / Kasr Ibrim / Abu Simbel – Lake Nasser Cruise


Breakfast on board. Sailing to Kasr Ibrim . View of the temple Kasr Ibrim only vestige not moved, of which only the ruins of an ancient fortress marked the footprint of the Egyptians, Romans, Copts (outside). Resumption of navigation to Abu Simbel. Lunch on board. Navigate to Abu Simbel and visit the impressive Temples of Ramses II and his wife Nefertari. These extraordinary works, carved into the cliff, were dismantled and transported to their present site in 1960 because they were threatened by the rising flood waters of Lake Nasser. They were rebuilt identically on a hill a little artificial to the interior. (Optional: Sound and light Show at Abu Simbel). Dinner and overnight on board.

Day 12 - Abu Simbel / Aswan


Breakfast on board and check out. At 9 am, departure by private car to Aswan path about 4:00 through the Nubian desert. Arrived in Aswan, free day. In the evening, transfer by private vehicle with driver in Aswan Station to take the sleeper train to Cairo. Dinner and overnight on the train.

Day 13 - Cairo / Alexandria / Cairo


Breakfast in the train. Morning arrival in Cairo Railway, welcome by our team and Road to Alexandria (approx. 3h). Visit the fortress Qayetbay which was built on the site of the famous Lighthouse of Alexandria. Then visit the Pompey’s Pillar which was built in honor of the Emperor Diocletian at the end of the fourth century. Visit the Roman amphitheater, released in 1963, witnessed many unique venues built in Alexandria. Then visit the Catacombs of Kom El Shuqqaffa (first and second century. AD. AD) and its hypogean on several levels, which are among the most important Roman tombs in Egypt. And finally visit the famous Alexandria Library building futuristic architecture. Back in Cairo after the visits. Overnight at hotel.
