Road to El Fayoum about 95 km, which is the garden of Eden to Egypt. Upon arrival in Fayoum, visit Karanis which is the ruin of an old town. This city contains a number of monuments, dating from the Roman, Coptic and Early Islamic Organization. Then discover the hydraulic wheels that are supposed to be running since the Ptolemaic era. Then, enjoy the Qaroun Lake where you can see different types of birds. Lake Qaroun is considered to be the oldest natural lake in the world, the third largest lake in Egypt. Next, Visits to the Pyramid of Hawara (19th century BC) is an archaeological site of ancient Egypt. Amenemhat III was the last powerful ruler of the 12th dynasty, and the pyramid he built in Hawara. Visit of the Pyramid of Meidoum, located at the entrance of Fayoum and is called “false pyramid” by the Arabs.
